Policies

Clients can cancel appointments 24 hours before the scheduled date and time with no charge.
Clients who cancel appointments on the same day will be charged 50% of the session fee.
Clients who do not call or show up for their session will be charged the total price, which is 100% of the session fee.
Last minute scheduling will be charged 100% of the service fee. A valid credit card is required to hold your selected appointment time during the booking process.
Anyone who chooses to not show up for an appointment without a valid reason will still be charged in full.
Whenever you are running late, please inform us so that you will be given the allotted or remaining appointment time if another sessions follows yours.
Bai-Lee accepts cash, cheques, and all major credit cards; returned cheques will be charged $30. Gratuities are not included in treatment prices but are always appreciated.
